Use your favorite copy & paste method to copy the suggested fields from the above textbox to your email program. The more commonly used methods for copying and pasting include:

- Method Two: Go to Standard Buttons toolbar (usually top of most web browsers such as Internet Explorer; click Edit, click Select All, click Edit, click Copy, click Edit, click Paste
